What I Propose

 

Pastoral and theological advisory initiative dedicated to helping Orthodox parishes include persons with disabilities in the full life of the Church.

Rooted in tradition and guided by practical experience, we provide clergy and communities with tools, training, and research that foster belonging, dignity, and spiritual growth for all members of the Body of Christ.

Inclusion Consulting for Religious Institutions

Tailored guidance for churches, dioceses, and seminaries to embed inclusion into their structures and ethos.

Includes:

  • Institutional audits of inclusion and accessibility

  • Policy and communication review through theological frameworks

  • Strategic inclusion plans aligned with ecclesial mission and values

  • Accompaniment in implementing inclusive liturgical and educational practices

Deliverables: Inclusion Report + 6–12 month roadmap

Workshops & Training for Clergy and Educators

Interactive sessions combining theology, lived experience, and best practices in inclusion.

Sample topics:

  • “The Power of Vulnerability: Inclusion Beyond Compliance”

  • “Disability and the Image of God: What does it mean to be human”

  • “Designing Liturgical Spaces for the Whole Body of Christ”

  • “Pastoral Care and Mental Health in Orthodox Contexts”
